We are pleased to inform you that Blue View Chalets will be managed by Property Valet (formerly Stayinblue.ca) effective May 1, 2021. We are excited to partner with Property Valet to offer more consistent customer service, full linen and housekeeping services, and more.

 

Who is Property Valet?

Property Valet are the vacation rental experts in Blue Mountain and surrounding areas. They will take care of all the details so that you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. They provide excellent care and guest services, as well as guest privileges including deals, discounts and perks with local partners.

 

What is changing?

All of our customer service and reservations will be managed directly by Property Valet.

 

What will happen to my existing reservation?

Existing reservations will not be affected. Property valet may contact you directly in the coming weeks to provide more detailed and up-to-date check-in instructions for your upcoming stay.

 

How do I make a new reservation with Blue View Chalets?

You will still be able to book a chalet from our website BlueViewChalets.com. You will be redirected to Property Valet for a seamless booking experience.
