About Us
Eight ski chalets surround a seasonal in-ground swimming pool within a 10-minute walk to the Village at Blue. These are the Aurora, Vista, Omega, Vega, Corona, Stella, Luna, and Prima.
Our newly-built waterfront villa overlooks Georgian Bay with an unobstructed sunrise and sunset view, only a 5-minute drive from the Village at Blue. This is the Aqua Center.
We are a family-owned business with over thirty years of history in the area. We’ve grown up skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and biking Blue Mountain and are eager to share the excitement of the area with you, whether you stay with us in the summer, winter, spring, or fall.

The Mountain Property
The Mountain Property is our flagship location, just a short 10-minute walk to the Village at Blue. On this property, you’ll find eight chalets: the Aurora, Vista, Omega, Vega, Corona, Stella, Luna, and Prima.
These chalets are built in the classic ski-chalet style with a modern twist. They feature a great room on the top floor with an open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area.
All chalets on the Mountain Property have spectacular, unobstructed views of the ski hill and the second hole at Monterra Golf Course.
The Pool
A seasonal outdoor swimming pool that opens on Victoria Day and Closes on Thanksgiving. Only available to guests of the Mountain Property.

The Aqua Center
A 4-bedroom chalet that sleeps up to 10 people.Includes a private hot tub and steam room.
The Waterfront Property is located right on Georgian Bay, about a 5-minute drive from the Blue Mountain Village. On this property, you’ll find the Aqua Center in between two private residences.
The Aqua is built in a Spanish villa-style and enjoys absolutely stunning full sunrise and sunset waterfront views, as well as direct, on-property access to Georgian Bay. For a sandy beach, access to Northwinds public beach is just a few doors down from the property.
