Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund — Up to 30 days before arrival
  • 50% refund — Up to 14 days before arrival

A non-refundable $75 administration fee plus credit card transaction fees are deducted from refunds.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at booking.

A $500 security deposit is authorized (not charged) on your credit card on check-in day and released 7 business days after departure if there's no damage or policy violations.

Security Deposit Forfeitures

Guests lose all or part of the deposit for:

  • Exceeding maximum occupancy (full forfeiture)
  • Noise complaints (full forfeiture)
  • Parking more than 4 vehicles ($250 forfeiture)
  • Smoking in chalets, hot tubs, or steam rooms ($500 forfeiture)
  • Illegal drug use ($500 forfeiture)
  • Fireworks ($650 fine)

Noise Policy

Blue View adopts the Town of Blue Mountains Noise Bylaw, prohibiting noise "likely to disturb inhabitants" 24/7. Violations can result in OPP involvement and fines.

Occupancy Policy

  • Vista, Aqua Villa, 44L: Maximum 10 guests
  • Stella: Maximum 12 guests
  • Omega, Vega: Maximum 13 guests
  • Aurora, Corona, Luna, Prima: Maximum 14 guests

Day visitors are strictly prohibited. Only registered overnight guests are permitted on the property.

Pet Policy

Pet owners must remove all fur from furniture and appliances. Dogs must stay off beds and couches. Violations incur $250 fees, and pets cannot access pools, hot tubs, or steam rooms ($500 forfeiture).

Guests who bring dogs to the property are required to keep them leashed at all times while outdoors and under full control. When walking dogs, guests must remain on public roads and designated public areas only. Trespassing on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited, including walking through private driveways, yards, or vacant lots.

Please note that this specifically includes Ridgeview Drive and all surrounding private properties. Guests are expected to respect the privacy, boundaries, and rights of neighbouring homeowners at all times.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in fines, removal from the property without refund, and/or additional charges for any complaints or damages incurred.

Hot Tub/Sauna Policy

Technical malfunctions receive a 10% reimbursement of total stay costs—full and final compensation.

Lease Terms

Guests enter a short-term lease upon booking. The rental covers linens, towels, and post-checkout cleaning. Landlord permits entry by security, OPP, or licensing officers for violations.

Tenant Obligations

Guests must:

  • Report deficiencies within one hour of check-in
  • Vacate by checkout time
  • Maintain property condition
  • Properly dispose of refuse and recycling

Property Access

The landlord permits entry by security patrol, OPP, or licensing officers for noise/occupancy violations or emergencies. This is for the safety and comfort of all guests and neighbours.
